By submitting an order, you agree to the following:

1. Order Approval

All orders must be reviewed and approved by the customer prior to production. Approval confirms that all details including design, sizing, colors, and quantities are accurate.

2. Deposits & Payment

A minimum 50% deposit is required before materials are ordered and production begins. Full payment is required prior to delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Changes & Revisions

Any changes requested after design approval may:

• Result in additional charges

• Delay production timelines

Once production has begun, no changes can be made.

4. Custom Order Policy

All items are custom-made and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

5. Turnaround Time

Production timelines begin only after:

• Final design approval

• Deposit payment

Typical turnaround is communicated at time of approval but may vary based on order size and complexity.

6. Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded artwork is accurate and print-ready. Serve the Kingdom Ministries is not liable for errors in customer-provided files once approved.

7. Order Abandonment

Orders not approved or paid within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled.
